Head of Sales

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Participating in the management team for short and long term strategy formulation
  • Prepare and execute annual sales plan
  • Ensuring the business revenue for the company
  • Negotiating terms, coordinating contracts, closing deals
  • Sales and business development, identifying new business opportunities
  • Providing market feedback to the sales, development, production, purchasing teams and the management
  • Manage the salesteam
  • Planning promotions, together with the sales team
  • Build and maintain the relationships with actual and potential partners
  • Support the international distributor network
  • Responsible for marketing plans, results
  • Propose relevant scientific conferences and organize participation


  • University or college degree
  • Excellent English both oral and written
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience within sales field
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Confident and hands-on attitude
  • People management experience is a must
  • Chemist background is advantage
  • Experience in the chemical instrument business is advantage
