Valve and Injection System

ThalesNano is pleased to announce the latest addition to the H-Cube® reactor system - a Manual Valve and Injection System.

The injection system is inserted in-between the HPLC pump and the H-Cube® and allows substrate quantities of up to 10 mL to be injected directly into the H-Cube®.

The valve can be purchased with a number of different loop sizes. The valve comes with a standard 5 mL loop, but additional 500µL, 1mL, 2mL, and 10mL loops are also available.

The system has the following advantages:

• Easier to run small amounts of compounds into the H-Cube®
• The substrate is not passed through the HPLC pump
• The valve can be integrated into an automated liquid handling system for library synthesis.
