Our CatCarts® are available with various catalyst loadings (see the catalogue). Still, they might not match with special needs. As a solution, you can load your novel catalyst by CatCart® packer, or use the Custom Loading Service provided by the CatCart® team.
How does our Custom Loading Service work?
- First we investigate the feasibility of your catalyst. Due to the physical and chemical properties of the given material, we can estimate if it is useable in CatCart® technology or not. The consulting is free of charge.
- We will test your catalyst according to the CatCart® quality control protocol.
After physical testing, we guarantee that your custom-made CatCart® will be compatible with the appropriate ThalesNano instrument. We can also provide chemical validation both in batch conditions and in flow, using the selected ThalesNano instrument.
- We will pack the desired amount of CatCart® and ship it to you.
