Roles and responsibilities:
- Participating in the management team for short- and long-term strategy formulation
- Prepare and execute annual sales plan
- Ensuring the business revenue for the company
- Negotiating terms, coordinating contracts, closing deals
- Sales and business development, identifying new business opportunities
- Providing market feedback to the sales, development, production, purchasing teams and the management
- Manage the sales team
- Planning promotions, together with the sales team
- Build and maintain the relationship with actual and potential partners
- Support the international distributor network
- Responsible for marketing plans, results
- Propose relevant scientific conferences and organize participation
Requirements:
- University or collage degree
- Excellent English both oral and written
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience within sales field
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Confident and hands-on attitude
- People management experience is a must
- Chemist background is advantage
- Experience in the chemical instrument business is advantage

Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers and generate new prospective leads
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships, data registration into the CRM system on a daily basis
- Revenue generation from the sale of instruments and consumables associated with
- Contact/Visiting new and existing clients, performing demonstrations, and presentations
- Contact/Visiting existing clients on a regular basis in line with the targets set on a quarterly basis
- Attending conferences, trade shows both in EU/globally if necessary and, participating in company User Group meetings
- Providing feedback about product related information from customers
Requirements:
- University or college degree
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- 5-7 years sale experience
- Problem-solving attitude and initiative
- MSc or BSc in chemistry is an advantage (Advance Degree preferred)
- Experience within the chemical instrument business is preferred
- Ability to travel, estimated 40%

Roles and responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
- Also responsible for managing some distributors
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships, data registration into the CRM system on a daily basis
- Generating revenue from the sale of instruments, consumables and services according to the pre-set plan
- Visiting new and existing clients, holding demonstrations and presentations
- Visiting existing clients on a regular basis in line with the targets set on a quarterly basis
- Generating new business leads for product sales
- Attending conferences, trade shows both in EU, and elsewhere if necessary, participating in company User Group meetings
- Providing feedback about the product related information from customers
Requirements:
- University or college degree
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- 5 years export sale experience
- Problem-solving attitude and initiative
- MSc or BSc in chemistry is an advantage
- Experience in the chemical instrument business is an advantage
- German or other relevant EU language knowledge is an advantage
- European residence permit necessary
- Has the flexibility to travel

Roles and responsibilities:
- Collaborating with project team members of related fields from specification to product release
- Creating specifications based on product specifications and discussions, developing embedded software
- Planning work-related activities in advance, reporting progress according to the schedule, preparing project documentation related to work activities
- Assembling submodules and conducting compliance testing according to specifications
- Supporting product assembly and testing, preparing documentation (operating descriptions, user manuals, test reports)
- Establishing and maintaining competency overlaps with hardware development electrical engineers and programmer project team members to ensure interchangeability
Requirements:
- University or college degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 2–4 years of engineering experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Strong programming knowledge in embedded systems development and GUI programming (C and C++), as well as experience with microcomputers (Linux)
- Knowledge of STM32CubeIDE, Visual Studio, and IAR Embedded Workbench development environments is an advantage
- Confident professional work in a project team with engineers specialized in various fields
